Her story

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale, be honest, and show up as you are, not a place where you have to perform or explain your entire life story in the “right” order.

I work with individuals, couples and families, with a particular focus on couples and relationship work: intimacy, communication, trust, identity, past experiences, and the patterns that can make connection more complicated than it should be.

Maybe you feel disconnected from your body, your relationships, or the version of yourself who definitely had things more together at some point (allegedly). Old experiences have a way of popping up during intimacy, in an argument, or right when you’re trying to relax and your nervous system decides it’s time for a full internal TED Talk.

Instead of trying to fire the parts of you that keep showing up, we get curious about what they learned, what they’ve been protecting, and whether those roles still fit the life you want now.

Family, from the inside

Outside the therapy room, I have spent years advocating for vulnerable children as a Guardian ad Litem and educational surrogate, and I am an adoptive mom to two now-adult daughters. Those experiences shape how I think about family, identity, belonging and resilience.

Who this space is for

People who’ve been told, directly or indirectly, that they’re “too much,” “not enough,” or that they “don’t fit the mold.” All gender identities, sexual orientations and relationship structures, including polyamorous, consensually non-monogamous and kink/BDSM communities. No explaining or educating required.

Off duty

A belly dancer for 20 years and counting, a Halloween enthusiast, a Disney lover, and happily lost in a good book or movie.
