Home / Approach
Thoughtful, trauma-informed,and grounded in real life.
Our patterns often make more sense when we understand the experiences, relationships and stories that shaped them.
- i.
Understanding patterns
We look at recurring cycles in your relationships and explore what is happening underneath them. With couples, the goal is to understand the pattern so the problem becomes the cycle, not each other.
- ii.
Exploring your story
We examine the beliefs, experiences and relationship stories that influence how you see yourself and others, then make room for new perspectives and possibilities.
- iii.
Strengthening relationships
Communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, sex, desire, boundaries and emotional connection, for couples and intimate relationships, and for families improving how they relate.
- iv.
Building on what works
We pay attention to your strengths, what is already helping, and the changes you want to see. Therapy is collaborative, practical, and focused on more clarity, connection and choice.

In her words
Instead of trying to fire the parts of you that keep showing up, we get curious about what they learned, what they’ve been protecting, and whether those roles still fit the life you want now.
You are the expert on your life. Debbie brings training, curiosity and tools, and a room where every part of you is welcome, even the dramatic ones.
You don’t have to be “ready.”
You just have to show up. We’ll take the rest one step at a time.
